We had a lovely little hike around Dalem Lake today. It is truly autumn up here with turning leaves 🍁 and a crisp chill in the air.

I’m going to have a hard time sticking to my diet. I had a wonderful cup of seafood chowder for dinner with a gluten free biscuit. I also had a salad. 👍 I’m stuffed and there are gluten free cookies from the bakery that need eating.

I knit a few rounds on my Weekender today. Tomorrow we are heading to the fiber festival in Baddeck!
