I finished my Halloween shirt! The pattern is Seamwork Rachel. Fabric is Harvest Moon Ghostly Vine Black. I enjoyed making it. I made a couple of mistakes, but overall I did well.
It looks great with my Arachne!

And it’s super comfy! It’s a little big. Next time I’ll take the seams in a little more.
Sewing buttonholes on my Juki machine was pretty easy. Much better than sewing them manually on my old machine.
After the holidays I may try to make a wool version, and then a linen one in spring.
Once I finish my Broom Riding Cowl I will be all done with my Halloween makes. Are you making anything special for Halloween?
You definitely win the non costume Halloween outfit in my book!

Well i love your shirt. I LOVE your spiderweb sweater. outstanding job. The cowl is going to be amazing. I love the pattern. I have some Halloween yarn, but with only 3days to go, and a hurting hand, I’m going to save it for next year.

That is an excellent combination! I still think it’s brilliant to have a Halloween top that you can get away with wearing the rest of the year.

Fun set! I’ve seen some cute Halloween skirts and dresses on IG through my sewing account. I’d like to have something for the holiday next year.
